Amendments and Cancelations
If you want to make amendments or cancellations to any wrong enrolments or entries, you must advise us through our general email [email protected], our feedback form or advise your account manager in writing if you have an account with Rosella, within maximum of two working days. If you fail to advise us within the given timeframe, the acceptance of your amendment or cancellation request will be subject to Rosella’s sole discretionary. No cancellation or refund of fees, where participant has made a progress in their course greater than 0%.
Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision will nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Laws and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with governing law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
