In this program participants will learn that empowering women in business is not just a matter of equality, it is also a strategic imperative. By identifying common obstacles faced by women and sharing success stories of those who have broken through, the program inspires participants to pursue their employment or entrepreneurial dreams and create meaningful changes in their communities. The program emphasises on the importance of financial independence and provides essential business and management skills, including, but not limited to team building, presentation skills, negotiation skills and leadership skills. The program discusses and challenges some of the unfair social norms and business practices, and suggests strategies, solutions and resources. This program helps participants to overcome barriers to enter the business world, and to stay competitive and productive.
